Superintendent Cory Beckham
Greetings Arlee School District Families,
It is with great enthusiasm and a deep sense of responsibility that I step into this role as Superintendent of Arlee. Being a part of Arlee as the JH/HS Principal over the last 4 years has been nothing short of amazing. I have connected with so many students, staff and families and look forward to continue working with all of them as I transition into this new role.
For those of you that I have not yet had the pleasure of working with, let me share a little about myself. Much like many fellow Montanans, I enjoy the outdoors and seize every opportunity to immerse myself in its beauty. My wife, Jade, along with our two daughters, Baylor and McCall, are proud to call this valley home. Please don't hesitate to approach us with a friendly greeting whenever you spot us around.
In terms of education, I want to express that a central aim of mine was and always has been to instill in every student the understanding that failure is an integral part of life's journey. Something that I believe offers remarkable learning prospects. Failures serve as signposts guiding us towards improvement, and as long as our students maintain their determination, the dedicated staff here stands ready to guide them towards achievement. I also believe that education is a collaborative effort that involves teachers, staff, parents/guardians, and the community. Together, we can create a supportive and inclusive environment that encourages our students to reach their highest potential. I believe that our teachers are committed to the diverse needs of all our students and are always willing to do what is best for each individual. I believe that communication and collaboration are key to our success, and I encourage you to be actively involved in your child’s education and our school community. Your input and support are invaluable as we work together to achieve our shared goals..
From all of us at Arlee, thank you for entrusting us with the education of your children. I look forward to a year of growth, learning, and achievement.
I rally behind our Warriors and Scarlets! And for my fellow Packers enthusiasts, a resounding "Go Pack Go!"
