Girls basketball players need to turn in their uniforms to Huisman by TODAY.
All Juniors will be taking the ACT Mastery Prep Boot Camp next Wednesday, the 12th of March. The ACT Prep will take place in the library from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm. Please ensure you have your Chromebooks charged and ready to go! If you have any questions, please get in touch with Mr. Cordier.
Close-Up Pre-trip meeting on Tuesday, March 18th, at 4:00 p.m. in Mr. Huisman's room. We have handed out Medical Questionnaire forms to students, which are required by close up. Please submit those and turn them in to Mr. Huisman. We must get photocopies of Health Insurance Cards and Identification Cards before we leave for DC. Please bring those to school so Mr. Huisman can make copies.
A representative from WyoTech in Laramie, Wyoming will be here Tuesday, March 11 from 1:00 - 3:00 PM. Any students curious about what WyoTech has to offer are invited to come to the library during that time.

On Wednesday, April 30, Tribal Health will be offering a Free Dental Screening for the students on the High School Stage. They will screen any student who has a permission form signed and turned in. MAC Softball open gym is being held Sundays 12 - 2 PM in the old gym at Mission High School. All eligible athletes are welcome and encouraged to attend. Please bring gym shoes.
Archery has started after school in the HS gym. It starts at 4:15 PM, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday this week. Permission forms are at the office.
Prom tickets are being sold at lunch in the High School hallway.
In celebration of I LOVE TO READ MONTH and Read Across America Week, we’ll be having two weeks of friendly reading competition. All you have to do is read during SSR. The goal is to read something you enjoy for at least 12 of the 15 minutes each day. Take some time this week to make sure you have a good book to read. We begin on Monday, February 24! Each Thursday, you’ll evaluate your reading with a form sent to your email. Mrs. Reynolds will use the forms along with input from your teachers & Mr. Arceniega to determine weekly classroom winners. Weekly Classroom Winners will get donuts the following week during SSR!

AHS 2024-25 Yearbooks are now on sale at yearbookforever.com for the discounted price of $35. Order today before the price increases to $45 on February 17th! Also, consider being a Yearbook Angel by choosing the donation option and purchasing an extra Yearbook for a student who otherwise wouldn't be able to purchase one. Check or cash payments through the HS office work as well, and you can still purchase last year's 2023-24 Yearbook for $25. Thank you for supporting Yearbook!
Congratulations to the students who earned Honor Passes 2nd semester. Keep up the great work. We are extremely proud of you and your efforts. The list is posted in the hallway on the bulletin boards. If you have any questions about your eligibility to use a Pass you may come to the office for more information.
Reminder: After school tutoring has started back up! It will be held Monday-Wednesday at 4:15 pm until 5:15 pm. It will rotate each week between the library and Mrs. White’s classroom.
From now on Mr. Cordier will be in the library every Wednesday from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM for everything post-secondary. Please feel free to come down to work on scholarships, college applications, job applications, etc. I will see you there!
The Big Knife Drum group will practice Thursdays at lunch in the library. All Welcome!
